We place free Community Boards inside local businesses and sell advertising spots on those boards to other local businesses.

By accessing our website (www.509adboardco.com), submitting a contact or inquiry form, or opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

509 Ad Board Co. LLC offers SMS text messaging communications to individuals who opt in to receive them. Messages may include:

• Non-marketing messages: Responses to inquiries, ad category availability checks, ad design approvals, and board installation updates.
• Marketing messages: Special offers, discounts, and service updates regarding available chalkboard ad spots (sent only if you specifically opted in to marketing messages).

Opting in to text messaging is completely optional and is never a condition of purchasing advertising, requesting a free board, or submitting a form on our website.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message Frequency & Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Advertising Agreements & Host Business Terms

Advertising placements are subject to a simple one-year agreement with no long-term commitment beyond the agreed term. Only one business per category is placed on any single board, and existing advertisers receive first right of refusal to renew their spot.

Host businesses receive a chalkboard, markers, stand or mounting, and installation at no charge. Host businesses agree to display the board in a visible location for the one-year duration and retain the right to approve or veto any advertiser prior to printing.
